Where Am I?

Ok - so I cheated. Now I have to create a cryptic clue :headbang:

Here goes.... don't laugh  :

Happiness comes from from a stony place way up north
Very cryptic, as it's not really 'up north' is it - more 'Midlands' I'd say.

BMW car club festival at Tatton Park..

The Stony place refers to the fact that there is evidence that there was some form of habitation there during the stone age :)

Here's a quick one to keep you going until Dave posts.

Parked up outside of a village church. The village name is believed to be derived from Saxon 'beautiful or shining stone'

A liitle off topic but: Nice old church
One of the things I miss about the UK is the old buildings/history. North America is tooooo young to have any real history, just one chapter in a normal History book ( IMO)

That's an old pic (no aero skirts) and you've posted it before! :P

I know but the mob was restless last night, begging for a new picture to work, on so I posted a quick snap before going to bed.

Must be some great location shots out there....

Sorry...do we have a new picture to guess on now (not that I am going to win unless you post it in some Harry Potter location)

Never tried getting a car in St. Pancras station before. Hmmmm.

Is this correct then ? Does that make it JDMs turn ?

Haven't had my car long enough to have been anywhere interesting yet :( Though after 3 months that probably means I should be beaten :telloff:

Meh - I did say I was useless at cryptic clues :headbang:

Nope JDM although the latter half of the clue is very close to you - alternate clue is a fairy professor.

Okay, here you go. Clue is...

Time for a shot but only on the cape. Draw a line straight down for zero and home to the charred king of tea infused disposable lighters.

Way up North in Scotland the River Don runs from the Granite City of Aberdeen.

Happy can be exhanged for the other syllable :)

As previously stated. Useless at clues :headbang:
