E89 would be a fit but non M 85/86 the rear is not really a goer :( pretty much like adding a 35mm spacer to 108,s or Mv2s

Thank you for your reply.

That is good to know, I am going to have to have a read up on exactly what does and does not fit before making a mistake!!

In broad terms stick between 8j & 9.5j widths & look for front offset around 40 & rear ideally between 35-42

Hi Mr Wilks, thank you for your reply, I really appreciate it.

I am also looking at a used st of 18inch CSL Alloy wheels, 5x12 staggered fittment, front 8.5j rear 9.5j, front tyres are falken 453, 225/40/18, and rear falken 245/35/18, I assume these would fit?

Depends on the offsets & the tyre widths seem a little stretched on those rim widths ?

I did post a link earlier but here's another I use to know what fits. Oem fitment will be 8j Et47 and 8.5j et50 so put the values in for new alloys it will tell u clearance. The lower the ET number the more they will be pushed out. If you use the other link I posted above that's more in depth you can play about with tyre sizes to try and keep your rolling radius the same as oem which is important. Many will tell you things don't fit but if you know what your doing you can go as low as Et10 I've seen on some z4 and have great stance. Just play around with the link and see what works remember if you clearance is to narrow you can use spacers this will also lower ET offset

That's the sizes i am running on my 19" CLS reps, I was running H&R springs with a 35mm drop and it rubbed on the rear and front. I have since lifted the stance on coil-overs and get no rubbing. Also running 1.5 neg camber on the rears to tuck under the arch

Well £395, rear tyres are falkens 453 3mm and a
Nankang with 3mm fronts are both falkens with 6mm, wheels are in good condition, do you think that's a fair price?

Would need to see some pics to comment on value , have you looked at new sets on CMwheels / BMautosport then get some part worns fitted ? My hunch is you would have a better set for £100/£150 more
