I am sticking with 17 with rft purely to give some softness to the ride 18 with run flats would be unbearable

I commute 200 miles a day.

Think they sit just fine . For a improved look you should think about going up to 18,s

Agree

However I have a set of 103s that I use for winter. They are nasty and in need of a serious refurb, but they do the job for 4 or 5 dirty and wet months of the year. They actually look ok cleaned up and shiny. I have 15mm spacers on the front and 20mm on the back that I leave on when I change wheels over, and they sit them just that little bit further out than standard which lines them up with the arches more.
