Wheels on the Z

So I have been thinking about changing the wheels on the Z for something a little darker and a little change of shape... Then I saw Hunters car with black stars on his 108's and what looks like grey polished rim?

My 108's are in need of a refurb anyways, should I get the 108's changed similar to Hunters or get a different set all together? Can't make up my mind!!

I have read about the dreaded "Z4itus" which takes hold after spending timen the forum... Never thought it would get this bad!!

You are actually the cause of my latest bout of Z4itus LukeMace - my spacers arrive tomorrow and it is all your fault

As for your wheels, IMHO if you have 108s then you should refurb them, even if it is a different colour... Simply because they look so good on the car

Glad to hear
Won't mention the springs that I have just put on this morning and how good they look then!!

That's what I've come up with too over sleeping on the idea. I do love the shape and design of the 108s.

My springs are waiting in the garage

Need a report on your other thread about how they look, rubbing etc

I'm all for darker wheels, but I'd definitely stick with round wheels....

HAHAHA !

Thanks for that, and to be honest i get alot of non Z folk comment on the wheels, all in a positive way....i got a spare set of 108s that im not sure what to do with....and a set of elipsoids. lol

Ah, think I noticed those wheels in another thread. I'm generally not big on split rims because being a lazy sod when it comes to keeping wheels clean I've always associated the bolt areas to be yet Nother time consuming cleaning job that I would rarely do.

However, Hunters 2 tone jobs looked great. They reminded me of the wheels on the anniversary edition 986 Boxster.
