Hi, been to collect my wheels today-whilst not everybody's cup of tea I quite like the elipsoids & am pleased with the tidy up
:)

The standard finish was a bit flat so I got my mate to add a little glitter

After a visit to the tyre fitters & avon zz5's now on!

Fitted easily using my wheel bolt jig

Swift drive round some local lanes reveals improved ride quality over the runflats so I'm double chuffed. :driving:

Nice work , the whole blast / powdercoat finish does take some beating on shabby alloys .
Did you opt for non gloss finish or was that optional extra ?

I do like the Ellipsoids..especially on the lighter coloured cars..

Looking really good..the ride after taking off the run flats is night and day..

Nice zed..

Hi

I love the wheels mate, I have the same! how much did you pay if you dot mind me asking//?

Cheers for the compliment, I paid mates rates as I used to work with Gary
I think it would normally be around £200 ish-his place is called powder coating Essex-it's behind the blinking owl cafe on the A127 near the canvey island slip road

Hi, the wheels are actually a gloss finish but my pictures were a bit iffy using my phone in his unit! The ones with the tyres fitted shows the finish better.

They look really good, I'd fit some spacers though to bring them out a little on the car

I noticed that, my car has M sport suspension & as well as sitting lower is also gives it more positive camber making the tops of the wheels sit inside the arches a little.

You won't be disappointed with the ZZ5s. Had them for 2.5 years on my 3.0i and the only issue was taking 500+ miles to fully scrub them in. They just grip and grip.... :)

For all four wheels?

That's an incredibly good deal compared to what I can get here.
I was given a guestimate of around JPY 100,000 (approx. 580 pounds sterling) to do all four of my ellipsoids.
