Wheels - 18x8.5 vs 18x9?

My car came with stock MV2 wheels, slightly wider at the rear as per usual.

I had thought they were 18x8 front and 18x9 rear but I now think the rears are 18x8.5.

The wheels I want to fit only come in 18x8 and 18x9.

Is this half inch going to make much difference? I plan to fit the same width and profile tyres as the stock setup
 
No difference, plenty of people with 9/9.5/10" rears. standard Tyres will be ok on 9" rim. Just make sure the offsets are right.
