Wheel touch up suggestions

Hi all, I've added a couple of images of my wheels. I'm looking for suggestions to touch them up a little (oooh matron) I'm not in a position right now to get them refurbed so I'm wondering if there's a cheaper solution? There are quite a few scuff marks and some minor bubbles in places.
If there are any product and procedure recommendations that would be great. I have a type garage near me who will let me leave the car jacked up while I get to it.

Thanks in advance!

You could mask off the outer rim and give it a spray of paint.

The problem with 108's is the corrosion bubbles that are impossible to prevent. I have two sets and change them over every couple of years. I refurb the spare set by splitting, filling, sanding, spraying and re-balancing. They are a difficult wheel to maintain in good order.

Thanks for the reply. Yeah I can see those bubbles being an issue. Tbf I can live without a replacement set for now but wanted to check my options.

I managed to lightly scrape the very edge of one of my wheels and touched in temporary with a small brush and some silver enamel paint I had knocking around. Okay it’s not great but stops it getting any worse.

I’d probably sand back the outer lips and either paint them silver or leave them raw and lacquer them. If you’re careful you could do the final sanding directionally to give them a brushed effect.

Not sure I could be bothered to deal with splitting or masking all the bolts to get the centers looking new but just having the shiny outer lips should detract from the inners somewhat.

If you want to have a go, split the rims off and refurb the outers; it’s easy without the nooks and crannies.
