Wheel spacers

Hi guys

Thinking about a set of wheel spacers, but a couple of questions:?

1) Do I need to do all four ?
2) Where are the best places to buy them ?
3) With the standard wheels would 13mm be ok ?
4) Do I need to get alignment done after ?
5) Will there be an additional tyre wear ?

Thanks
:D

1) No but 4 makes better sense
2) Number of members will recommend different brands..... go for better quality for budget. I bought off Ebay. Machine Monkey makes them also.
3) I have 20mm back 15mm front with no problems
4) If you want .............not necessary though if alignment already ok
5) I have not noticed any extra wear.

Oops...... I am sure he said he did. Maybe its my senile dementia again................I'll have to search then and check that..... dang!

I have been making stuff and will be agin soon but not at the moment. I am in the process of buying a machine and sorting out workshop space.

I purchased off of Ebay and am happy with them. I run a 20mm spacer in the rear and DID run a 10mm spacer in the front (don't anymore... liked the wider rear).

I would advise getting studs when you add spacers as it reduces potential issue. By switching to studs, the centering of the wheel is set by the studs, not the hub (have seen several people's spacer hubs crack and the wheel becomes nu-centered). Additionally, the studs are longer and stronger allowing for wider spacers. Not to mention, studs look sexy.
