Wheel Spacers - The Final Chapter

Well another epic journey has come to an end.
Fueled by the immense experience of our own Mr Wilks,
Ignoring the recent downturn in the aesthetic popularity,
I ventured into the potentially dark realm of 108s.

Those familiar with the restoration phase are probably hoping that I don't repost all those pics and I concur with that sentiment.
I will begin with the arrival from California of a box of goodies that I truly hoped was not Mr. Wilks yanking my chain.

Here is what fell out of the box. 20mm and 15mm wheel spacers

For some reason I am limited to only 4 pics.
More to come in the next post

Some might think the wheels are sticking out too far.
I was concerned knowing that the Michelines are a little meatier than Bridgestones.
But remember these pics are after installation and the Sport Suspension needs time to relax.

Some pics while out and about with my spaced out 108s which,
Thanks to the wisdom and encouragement of Mr. Wilks,
I am totally happy with.

Tough to find a parking spot, but I managed to squeeze in so that I could compare "stance"
I think I have a ways to go but I kept my mouth shut so as not to upset the other modders.

As the pic shows its a small subtle tweak but the E85/E86 stand so much better when the et47s + et50 wheelsets are spacered
Why BMW sat the wheels so far in on a sports car is proof the big names don't always get everything right first time
Top work mr B

Lovely car, and great improvement with the spacers. I just spaced mine 20mm all round, on 108s, so much better especially at the rear as the back wheels were lost in the arches, even with my super chunky profile GY Eagle F1s. One of the best things I did to the car.

Another convert to the spacers - put 20mm rear and 15mm front as advised by Mr Wilks. Stance massively improved, if I may here's a comparison:

Which spacers are recommended for an MC, where I switch between 19 CSL's and 18 224's...?

These worked with my 18" MV2s and my current 18" Style 32s
I see no reason why they wouldn't fit your wheels
