A little help if i may, I have been asked what i would like for Christmas :D So a new set of Wheels is what i have sugested. i would like a set of LM (reps)
19' inch staggerd but i'm not sure on the ET and tyre size's, i would like the widest i can go with out getting any wheel rub. :?

Wheel rubbing is generally found to be on lowered cars.
Most lm reps in 19 inch are 8.5 wide on the front and 9.5 on the rear with offsets between 35 and 45.
BM AUTOSPORT have them on offer at the moment and come highly recommended by members on here.
As for tyres 235/35/19 front and 265/30/19 rears is the most used combination on these size wheels although I went slightly narrower on the fronts at 225/35/19.
Hope this helps.

Thanks, Do you think if i go with these size's that if i do deside to drop the car by 30mm there still should be no rubbing problems

Some do and some don't. If you do get any rubbing it it usually very minimal and would be under harsh cornering for example.
I've no experience myself of lowering but I'm sure when 'Chris' reads this he will be able to advise you better.
