No, if anything it will sit further in than the standard 224 rear wheel as that is 9J x 18 ET30.
 
If it's for the rear (OE is 255/40r18 et30) - a bit too close to the strut for me:

If it's for the front (OE is 225/45r18 et42) - it's almost identical:

My other concern would be the extra inch to 19" from 18", as the wrong tyre size could cause more fouling.

Short answer is think you'll be ok if you stick to a 245/35 or 245/40 profile tyre. (Assume you're referring to front axle.)
