wheel lug bolts

I recenlty purchased my Z4 and thought I would like to take each wheel off so I could clean the back side however, I have on lug bolt that will not come loose. I have a breaker bar with the appropriate size socket and I'm afraid that I may break the bolt off. Any suggestions on what I can do?
 
If it brakes. Take the wheel off then you can use heat on the rest of the bolt and a pair of stilsons to get the remaining bit out

You have to be very unlucky for it to sheer off.

Yes a bit of WD40 and a soak will help, unless the bolt is corroded it is unlikely that you will shear it at the root
