Wheel ideas for e86

Hi All
It's time to finally swap out the 108s for something new. Scrolling through the archives this topic has been done to death, but what wheels are people recommending best for a lowered coupe?
I was going to put spacers on the 108s but would prefer to replace with a wider wheel to fill the arches.
Not a fan of the MV2s and the majority seem to be CSL rep/inspired.
The ride is firm enough and want to avoid rubbing, so think I would be sticking with 18s.
Any and all suggestions appreciated!

Thanks
Sef

MV3s? same widths as 108s, but with a lower offset to fill the arches better.

this thread shows them on a black roadster...

I've tried a few different wheels on my ZCs  these aren't all of them

Not seen the style 32s before, looks great and classic but too many spokes for me.
MV3s again not seen on z4, will try to to find some photos on a coupe.

Mr Wilks whatre the wheels in the second picture? They look perfect but fear they might be BBS and therefore costly!
Are any of the wheels you posted with spacers as well? Or just the wheel offset?

Second set down are 763M 19inch reps , originals wouldn't fit.
No spacers fitted with them

Perhaps a better view of th MV3 for comparison. Not on a coupe though

If your going to stay with 18s I'd stay with a BMW oe wheel or for aftermarket would have to be Apex Arc-8, or maybe a BBS wheel but could look too small as an 18. Thats the good thing with the Arc-8 they don't look too small as an 18 and are a great wheel also.

I bought a set of 295s on here for my last 3.0Si Coupe and thought they looked great, but being E89 wheels they sit much further out in the arches so may not work on a lowered car. Mine was a Sport with standard M-Sport suspension. And 295s are apparently no longer available new, but they are easy to clean.

Thanks all for the pics and options, any time I've decided I seem to change my mind again

Its seems the majority of wheels are 19s which I think will rub for me, as well as needing new tyres to factor in.

What are peoples experiences with veemann wheels? The below seem to be csl style but hopefully wont look to small as an 18. Would my tyres from my 108s be a straight swap?

https://www.bmautosport.co.uk/showroom/product_info.php/new-veemann-fs23-alloy-wheels-gloss-graphite-with-wider-rears-p-5938

If my offset calculations are right (probably not) they will be similar to 12mm spacers on 108s.

The other option would be below but have read that this style looks small as an 18.

https://cmwheels.com/product/18-m359-style-wheels-gloss-gun-metal/

Would fancy the m3 CS style but cant find them in 18s.

I'm running 18" M359 style wheels and they look perfectly proportional to the car in my opinion

Iggy they look great thanks for sharing. Are you on standard suspension or lowered? Do you know the offset of those wheels they fill the arch as I would like on mine.

No problem! Measurements are:
Front: 18 x 8.5 ET35
Rear: 18 x 9.5 ET45

I'm on the stock sport suspension.

This is where i got them from. And to answer your other question, Veemanns are usually really excellent for the money and these are no exception. Not sure how they compare to the set from CMWheels quality wise but I'd expect the Veemanns to be better which is reflected in the price. Also the widths and offsets are slightly different with the Veemanns being a little more pokey
