Guys! Looking for wheel bolt adaptor. My has been lost, probably left on wheel when finished tighten bolts and went for a drive :headbang:

RealOEM showing 10 different and I don't know which one should buy.
Maybe someone has somwhere and don't need it.

Even a good indie will have a set.

Get them (indie or BMW) to remove and get a replacement set... easiest and cheapest option. Rather than trying to find the correct key. Keys are also more expensive than a whole replacement set a lot of the time.

My locking wheel was “ lost” after a visit to tyre shop. Took the car to BMW dealer who had a set of various types of nut. They tried until one fitted. If I remember it was about £14. Easiest route I believe. :D

Not a bad option then, I tried quite a while back and don’t remember it being that cheap.

As above, if it's the locking bolt key you've lost, go to a bmw dealer and they will have all the different keys for you to try.

I did the same a while back. Luckily my dad's neighbour worked for BMW and brought home the set of them and ended up giving me the correct key for nothing

I don't use locking wheel bolts anymore, as I don't think anyone actually bothers stealing wheels nowadays  but I suppose you never know.

I have a set of nuts x4 and the Key in the garage ....will check if still there in the morning . You can have for £20.00 + postage .Pm me if interested.

Ok. So I got to the local BMW dealer and the "wheel bolt adaptor" or as you guys rather call it locking wheel bolt cost £10,80 and the size of it is 38 (there's 10 different size of it). Case closed. Thanks again for your help.

I hope the advice given on this Forum has encouraged you to continue and become an active member during your ownership.
This is unlikely to be your only question !

Sorry for being so quiet but if I have any questions they mostly have already been answered so no point to ask them again :)
