Wheel Arch Liner - price and where from?

Hi guys,

I am in shock this morning, another BMW pricing game. I have an independent garage that does some minor works for me and they have just been quoted £230+VAT for front wheel arch liner. This sounds a crazy. Dealer has said its a dealer only part.

I had a brief search but not a lot specific, mention of none OEM alternatives but maybe I am being blind as not seeing them.

Is the above just the going rate?

Thought this would be a cheap easy job to get done. Grrrh

With something like this I'd definitely be looking for a used part. There is bound to be some on scamBay, or Quarry Motors have been mentioned on here a few times.

Is that for a pair, if so, it sounds about right.

They’re about £120 from BMW.

From what I can see its the same part both E85 / E86?

Maybe they’ve priced up all the little bits they may not be able to transfer over, like the access panel, lots of trim clips, etc?

Yes, seems to be the same part numbers for all non-M e85/86 cars.
