I still do occasionally and I'm 52 now, but back in my teens and 20's I was properly into gaming though. Back then I used to finish work at midday, and then I'd spend all afternoon gaming before my missus at the time finished work around 5pm.I truly don’t mean to be judgemental or whatever but do guys at 50+ really play video games…?

I have 3 teen boys... Gaming with them is as much for fun as for the regular bonding. We also work on DIY projects (construction/welding/electronics), car mods and maintenance, MMA (TKD, MT, BJJ), traditonal sports (basketball, soccer, american football, volleyball, ice hockey), 3D design/RC Cars, card games, etc.
Its just another way to spend time with them. Before I blink, they will be grown and out of the house. Every moment that I have with them at these ages is gone way to fast. Don't limit yourselves - body and mind.
