How hot do you make it, Slightly zingy or mouth numbing?

A couple of thick slabs of good quality white bread under the grill topped with a mix of thick cut ham, extra mature cheese, spring onions, chives and a good dash of Worcester Sauce.

Melted and browned to perfection with a good dollup of Heinz's finest :-)

now that sounds like a proper chap-snack 8) technique & ingredients have been noted :P

I work in a doctor's surgery too and we had our main flu clinic on Saturday morning so  to mrs w! Oh and we're about to have roast chicken mmmmmm

Quite like getting some tortilla wraps, mince or chicken and making fajitas. Some onion, peppers (SMWBO insists on mushrooms but I'm not so keen) and Cajun spice.

Top off with sour cream, salsa and cheese :D

Probably somewhere in-between, however I cook it for a few hours to get the meat tender and thus the flavour develops but is less hot.

Another for fish finger sandwiches, not had that since I was wee

At the moment chicken pasta, pasta for 12 mins on the hob, chicken breast sprinkled with spice usually cajun - 5 mins on the George Foreman cut up into pieces, half tin of chopped tomatoes with a bit of tomato puree, bit of garlic puree and mixed italian spices for the sauce and black pepper on top to finish.

Quick, easy, tasty and healthy
