Hi all -noticed an increasing number of cars with a smurf hanging under the rear bumper-why is this?-or is it just my neck of the woods?

The guy's comment in the first post has hit the nail on the head

Kids will be kids personally i carnt see any harm in it , plus on those long journeys could make a interesting game ( sport the toys hanging from toe hooks) Try it on the way to work tomorrow!

It originated in the drifting scene; hanging something from the rear bumper - the more sideways it was, the better your drift was.

Saw an old MX5 this morning with a loud exhaust and something hanging below the bumper, wondered what on earth it was at first. Now I realise it must have been a smurf.

Those crazy cats.
