What's this - two registrations?

Caught up with another car at a junction - and happened to notice two registration plates on the back.

Smaller plate started two or three letters and then three numbers - both plates had EU markings but not the same didn't catch the lower small plate one.

I wondered if this was a forces car with MOD and civi details - didn't look like a fleet number or a post code. This photo was the best I could do under the circumstances. So what's going on then?

Did it possibly spell something out and is the equivalent of furry dice hanging from your mirror.

Yea might well have done :thumbsup: - is it legal? .... and why would you - but there again I'm not a fluffy dice sort of chap

It does exactly the same job as a private plate and costs considerably less, and the bonus is you can put exactly what you want on it so no more using a 5 instead of an S or a 3 instead of an E :lol:
