What's this set of plugs for?

Was taking apart the footwell speaker pod to upgrade the speakers, dropped the tray under the driver's side - unplugged the light and thought no more of it.

Upon reassembly I found this group of plugs that definitely weren't connected to anything...

I presume they're the reason the ejector seat isn't working? :wink:

Ah, a bit of googling suggests I should have a reversing beep?

You can buy the gong. Do you have sensors? I would try and borrow someone's, previous owner could have removed it if the PDC wouldn't shut off?

Nope, no sensors as far as I can see anywhere on the car.

Could BMW have left the wiring there in the same style as the cruise control - ready for plug and play?
