What's this light mean??

This light only comes on when I turn the engine off and take they key out??

looks like an oil can with a drip coming off it ! maybe you have an oil leak ! sorry mate it means low oil check oil , i realise we are not all tech minded but if i was you i would get familar with a few dash lights it could save you £££££s at least you had the good taste to buy bmw

It means your oil level is getting low - put 1L of oil into the car & it will go away
