What's this clip called?

I'm in the middle of installing new door speakers where there weren't any and deadening with silent coat.
The previous owner had the drivers side window mechanism renewed and it appears the 'technician' (lol)
managed to leave most of the old mechanism in the bottom of the door, break off a couple of the plastic
door clips and loose the threaded clip that takes the interior door handle securing torx t25 screw. I hadn't noticed
any give in the door handle when closing it up to now, but after inspecting it closely because the torx screw
was just spinning and not coming out I could see that the door card was flexing at the top of the handle.
I've ordered the clips off ebay but I don't know what this clip is called..Anyone got any ideas?

Thanks biojo, yep it's 07147046382 called a 'sheet metal body nut M5'. I'm pretty sure the dealers will have them knocking about.
