What's the best DIY Brake Bleed Kit

As promised, having eventually got the new callipers and discs fitted, I am reporting back on the brake bleed kit.
I purchased a vacuum pump one and tried that. Couple of issues I found: the seal round the top of the fluid catching container was rubbish, so I couldn't build up a vacuum - easily sorted with a wipe of vaseline round the seal. The seal onto the bleed nipple wasn't brilliant, so it sucked in air around the edge. A bit more vaseline mostly cured that.
However, after a while I decided to give my ancient eezibleed kit a chance to prove itself. That worked much better. I was pleased to find it all in working I'll use that!

Now then, the problem!
Took it for a run and bedded in the brakes. All good and work well, as advertised.
But................I have a collection of yellow lights.
To start off I have the ABS, DSC and handbrake lights. Then after a mile or so the run-flat indicator comes on.
I am really hoping this is just muck on the speed sensor, considering all I did was change callipers, discs and pads. Maybe a bit over-zealous with the wire brushing! I kept the brake fluid topped right up at all times.

Trouble is, I can only jack the car in the garage, which necessitates half an hour of musical cars to achieve.

Anything else it could be?
Assuming the sensor, is it simply a case of pull them out and clean them?

I'll check for codes in the morning just to be sure.
