As I said in my earlier post, the RS160i0i is the one car I would just move to get back, I had. a low mileage one owner car back in the day in red, it was nothing special in reality for power or speed but was such rare car then so mow must be virtually impossible to find.
I should never have sold it in reality but when I was younger, there was always something else I wanted to drive

My best car has to my e85 Z4. Good looking car, reliable, usable, great performance and economy too plus not the earth to own.
It has enough character coupled with sufficient safety devices (abs, airbags etc.) without being too intrusive.
My previous cars were all driven by the need to get the best mpg, so complete lack of character!
I do hanker for an old mini though.

Very similar , I dont have a sunroof or third rear seat but do have an individual sound system. Cant find any information about what this actually is or who makes it but it sounds excellent.biZ4rreMids said:

My best car would be either 1986 Audi 80 sport - bought in 1991 & sold with 150K miles, no breakdowns, good quality, power, MPG, space.
Or... another Audi - a 2004 S4 V8 estate - did everything I needed in a car, with ease. The Z4 is nice but interior build quality just cant compete with Audi or Mercs of the same era, which is a big shame. In fact, the quality of dash components on my Z3 were better than the 4.

I currently run the 35is and a 335xd.
Both cars are good at what they do and in reality there’s not a great deal of performance difference in the real world scenario.
If I was being forced to let one go I’m afraid it would be my 35is
I suppose I’m saying that the 335xd is one of the best cars I’ve had.
There aren’t many cars that can combine sub. 5sec to 60 / 155mph / 50mpg if needs be plus a 4wd system!
