What exactly do i need to upgrade my brakes to 325mm discs.? I have an 04 3.0i. Can i use the setup off the si? Also i have heard that the e46 330 brakes can be used but what about e92 330d brakes?

I don't believe those brakes you linked will work as they are e90+. Our cars are based on e46.

I found it easy to obtain the brakes. Just search Ebay for all the bmw 330 (i & d) with the term breaking or parts. Then message every seller asking if they have the front calipers and carriers - are they working and how much?

Got quotes between £60-£100. That's how I did mine.

e90 are out of question, totally different caliper/carrier setup.

If you use realoem then find the part in there, it will tell you ever model that part is fitted to

Russ, e46 330 OR 330D are a straight swap. Mine came from a 330D. I just fitted new mtec discs and brembo pads.

All callipers bolts on without any modifications , only problem with rears because you need e89 discs and those don't work with e85 handbrake . That's F20/30 callipers only .

M3 discs only works at front, for the rear you need E89 discs

M3 discs only works at front, for the rear you need E89 discs

But you'd have no handbrake? Or have I misread?

That'd be an MOT failure...

Handbrake can be done just need to play with different pads, for me it's not important as it's my track car
