whats high mileage on a E89?

I bought my 2010 23i in October with 163,000 miles. Same owner for last 12 years who commuted between Rhyl and Wrexham daily.

Well maintained, serviced regularly. Plan to do the same so hopefully many more miles to enjoy.

The BMW N52 engine is widely regarded as one of BMW's most reliable modern naturally aspirated engines, capable of exceeding 200,000–300,000 miles with proper maintenance.

Last year I meet an E89 owner, whose N52 23i had ~450 kKm (280 kmls) on the clock. Tiny oil leaks on the gaskets were the only issues he could tell about.

My E61 N52 30i has > 535k on it (332 kmls).
