What would you get for £40k?

Had 2 996 turbos, great cars. Very very fast indeed. I prefer 993 turbos though, had 2 of them as well. More involving, harder to drive fast and for me the best looking 911 of them all, ever.
I wouldn't change my MC if i had £40k to spend. I'd need more to really improve on it. If you don't have an M, you'd be better with a £25K one and a £15k driving holiday!

A V8 Vantage would be very very tempting... although i honestly cannot think of a better bang for your buck than the MC. I mean when i bought mine and brought down here with me and payed all the stupidly high taxes and everything it still ended up costing me the same as it would if i'd buy a 2003 E46 M3 coupe locally.
So honestly how do you follow up with something like that? (always speaking for my particular circumstances)
