There are M6 style wheels but I thought they only came in 19", so looking at the size on your car I would say they are replicas as they look about 18"

BMW M6, original came in 19inch on the 6 series anyhoo there are plenty of replicas available in 18/19 depending on what you want, try fleabay for starters.

I wouldn't go for these... would be better to go for a staggered setup.

If you decide on 19's then go for genuine ones as the reps would probably be crap, heavy and potentially crack.

Also imo needs to be atelast 9" wide to get a decent concave on the rears.

they are some of the worst curbed alloys I have ever seen, they look like shite!

As has been pointed out they are also replicas.

Answer is yes, they are replicas. Probably one of the best producer is WSP italy. These are 18s.
You can read a lot about conversation on internet if the replycas are good or not. The ansver is that they are replicas and always will be. Regarding driving options, I do not personaly thinks apart from pro racing, anyone can feel the difference in driving betwean replyca and original.
What about if you hit the hole?? Well good replica will survive, as well as rim produced in Germany. Bad replica will be broken as well as rim produced in Poland!
