What to use to remove stains from some little corns

last summer I had to park near a small tree that had little yellow kind of bushy corns on it. A while later I noticed the back of my car had little small 3-5mm yellow circles all over it on one side (passenger rear quarter) and they`re still there now. What`s the best product to remove this shi**? I should of done it earlier I know. Should I just buy some good polish? Or is there a product I can buy specific to remove this stuff?

If I use my finger nail I an remove it but it`s very hard work and there are loads of the little circules- I don`t want to damage the paint by trying to scrape it all off with a finger nail.
