They’re showing a BMW part number so likely genuine. Can’t see the picture clearly enough but if you google BMW and then put the part number in it should come back to your wheels. If they’re staggered the front and rears will have different part numbers

Those are OE. Made by BBS.
Styling 313 was put into e87, e90 and e89 - all of them different offsets.
Those from e89 won't fit and those from e90 will rub up front if you are lowered on Eibachs -30 for example.

They only did 2 sets of 19’s and the offsets are different. They’re stamped on the back of the wheel.
On this page you’ll see they’re listed as ETxx but on the back of the wheel it’ll say ISxx same thing just the IS is the German abbreviation
