What stereo ? E89 28i 2014 sat nav

I think I have x8 speakers. Behind seat sub, door mid range, pillar tweeter and foot well. I have no equalizer settings.
It is not the best. I had E89 28i before. I sure I remember swapping door and tweeters with MINI ones . I believe these are better quality.
I do have a kenwood underseat sub not in use.. Perhaps fitting that + some decent tweeters (Focal) may be all I need to do to make things a bit better.
 
Panic over...After some more research I believe I have the 'Hi fi' stereo which must include an amp. On the way home from work tonight With the roof up today the sound was pretty good . I have put bass and treble up to 75% played a few tracks off a usb and played pretty loud. I suppose it depends what music you play but Nirvana and radio head did impress. Treble was there with quite a punchy bit of bass behind. Mid range not too bad at all. With roof down playing the radio yesterday not that loudly the sound quality didn't impress.
My last 28i Had 6 speakers and no tweeters . That set up was pretty poor.
 
BMW's std. sound systems are horrible and HK is just about "acceptable" in most that have that option. I haven't heard the Individual Audio in a BMW, so I can't comment on that, but I do know many owners love it. The Top-Fi in the Z4 (14 speaker system), I think, sounds much better than the HK in my former 135i, but it still needed a sub to get any feeling from the music, especially with the top down.
