What steering wheels fit the Z4?

As the title says.
What non-Z BMW models have steering wheels that fit the z4?
I need to send mine for a retrim so I wonder if anything like e39 or e46 will fit, temporarily.

Pretty sure I've seen a yank car with an e46 steering wheel

Shame your not local as I have a non MFSW that you can borrow.......postage and time will be too much I guess !!

Hmm there might be a way around it.
Maybe you guys can help in letting me know if it will work.
The company say that they have a spare Z4 wheel, but that does not have MFSW or the paddles.
So it looks like this I guess:

So would it be possible to have them send that wheel over, without any trim, and then put on my paddles + MFSW buttons?
Or is any of the fitment of the trim different?

Why bother with the paddles & buttons? If it's temporary while yours is refurbished, just live with a plain wheel

Or get them to re-trim the wheel they have and send it over, you can fit it and send your wheel to them as an exchange?

Any other wheel fitted will almost certainly trip the airbag light as I'll bet they are different or won't plug into your slip ring.

This is exactly what I want to do.
Perhaps I wasn't clear enough.
They have a plain steering wheel already trimmed (no paddles or mfsw) so they can send me that over, I put on the paddles and the msfw from my own wheel, send back my wheel with the trim form theirs and job done.
I just wasn't sure if the trim was interchangeable.
