What size tyres

Ok following on from my BBS or Breyton wheels thread... I decided on the CH's as they are a lot lighter and to be honest they are my all time favourite wheel.

I've gone for 8.5x19 fronts and 9.5x19 rears. What size tyres do I need? I tought I would need to go for 235/35/19fr and 265/30/19 rears but looking on tirerack.com they suggest fitting 225/35/19fr and 255/30/19 rears. This does offer the closest match to the stock tyres.

Shall I stick with that?

It's up to you but my Alpina came with 235/35/19 and 265/30/19 as standard so there shouldn't be a problem.
 
Go with either:
245/35 and 275/30
or
235/35 and 265/30

Assuming your offsets are little different to CSL wheels (the widths and diameter are), those should do you fine, and both sit in-line with calculations based off the stock wheels and tyres. Go with the first if you fancy a tiny bit more grip and rim protection for more cash, and with the latter for the cheaper option. Just so you know, the 245/35 and 275/30 option gets just a bit closer to the rolling diameter of the stock Z4M wheels/tyres.
 
245/35/19 & 275/30/19 likely won't work with a regular Z4.

235/35/19 & 265/30/19 is a nice set-up for the Z4.
 
Good choice going with BBS. I've had the 18" RS-GT's on my last Z4 and the 19" RGR's on my Z4M now. On my way to order my 3rd set of BBS wheels this week.
