What size are the rear spring pads

Hi, just wondering what size the rear spring pads or on a coupe?

Seems some peeps think you need 15 mill pads for the h&r lowering a springs to sit level?

Anyone with some info?

Surely the only purpose of the spring pads is to act as an "isolator" to prevent an increase in NVH in the cabin and therefore, the thickness of the pads should be the minimum required to do that job? If people are then using thicker pads to alter the ride height, IMO, this suggests that the springs are not the correct length for the car. Does H&R not provide ride height adjusters for the rear springs?
