What simple jobs for a rainy weekend?

The missus is working all weekend and its forecast for light rain. I therefore though I may get a few jobs done on the car. So far, I have a few on the list but what other quick and simple jobs can be done? I would like to change to LED lights but am unsure of which ones to buy.

- Fit stubby aerial
- Clean it with new snow foam lance
- Remove annoying coin from under ashtray

Calipers is a good suggestion, got some hammerite high temp paint in the shed

Is the roof drain clear a simple job?

Careful swapping bulbs. If the headlight back hasn't been open in years the seal may not fully engage when closed. They seem to perish and you end up with condensation so you may need to buy new seals.

Seats out, carpet shampoo. Remove wiper and clean the grease as preventative maintenance, also clean out the garden of crap that collects below the wiper motor!

Spark plugs, cabin filter, LED strip lights in boot, full circle brake lights, clean/flush windshield wiper fluid....

+1 for painting calipers...

And since the car is in the air... clean underneath, inside the wheels...

May as well change the oil too...

Didnt get as much done as I would like but

- Bluetooth issues sorted
- 50p removed from ashtray
- Stubby fitted
- Coolant bought from BMW and topped up
- Black kidney grills purchased
- First roof down drive since I bought it :D

wimp! :o you never heard of air-con and heated seats?
I have only had it about six weeks and it's pretty much rained every day since then!
I have been "reliably" informed [on here  ] that the rain goes over your head over 30 mph

p.s. never heard of a coat, scarf, or hat?

Still a "wimp", soft-top is not just for summer...... it's for :driving: ........................................ Enjoy!
