What Should I Do???

The question is this - I have just bought a Z4 //M Steering Wheel (no MFSW switches) and I have a standard, Chrome Line, MFSW on the car at present so I have a few options and I'm not sure what I want to do!!

1 Swap the wheels and sell the chrome line MFSW on
2 Remove the MFSW controls from the chrome line wheel, fit them to the //M wheel, paint the chrome line spoke covers to match the //M wheel covers. Then fit the //M wheel spoke covers to the chrome line wheel and sell on on (NOT as //M wheel but as hybrid)
3 Buy a new set of //M MFSW spoke covers (£120 Sopers) suitable for the //M wheel and fit them and the MFSW switches to the //M wheel, fit the //M spoke covers to standard wheel and sell on (NOT as //M wheel but as hybrid)

What would you do??

Someone has already done this and it looked really good. Better than the black imo. The bottom silver spoke would need a little modding to fit neatly to the fatter wheel but all do-able.

Option 2 for me. Or wrap them. Either way, they'll look better than the silver IMHO

I would sell the m wheel with no m/f and wait for one to come up for sale with the m/f buttons as the one you modify will never be a true m/f m wheel.
Once you have the new wheel ,sell your chrome line wheel.

Well the wheel has arrived and it looks so good very reluctant to mess with it. Instant reaction is to fit as is and look for MF controls/spoke covers as and when. Especially as I find I dont use the controls very often!!
