Anyway - more to follow as deposit now placed on a little number that fits the bill...

Blimey, you don't hang around do you :)
Interested to find out what you've picked

Give me 24 hours to get the deal closed and all will be revealed

It's got to be either the "M" you mentioned, although that would be way below your 40k budget.....
Or,a lovely f type? :D :driving:

The Alfa would look a lot better with a more traditional headlight set up
Rob

I agree. The 'spiders eyes' headlights are very fussy and a bit silly. I think it's also a bit bulbous around the grille/ nose area...not sleek enough. :(
Oh thank God, I thought I was the only one who was thinking "WTF...?" about those headlights. If I woke up and saw those things staring at me I think I'd scream like a little girl...
Edit - I see Jeeper has placed a deposit on a car (don't worry, it will wipe off...) - I now hope it's not an Alfa 4c or I'll be a bit  .
Still, won't change my view of the headlights

That confirms it is the F type, Jaguar is the only company that takes that long to close a deal :poke:

:poke: OK - so you're right it's going to be an F type. Opted for a pre owned, but blew the entire budget on the 3.0 supercharged S spec. loaded with lots of toys.
Was seduced by the 380hp, LSD and the active exhaust system over the 'base' model. Deal was probably sealed with £5k worth of 20" carbon fibre wheels, sports seats and all with manufacturers warranty to keep me relaxed

Should get it in 2-3 weeks when had some warranty work done like rear camera not working and a bumper resprayed where some odd paint damage

Sure the observant can find the car - more fun that way

Great - love the F-Type
Colour?
Roadster or Hatchback :poke:
This is going to be a looooooong 2-3 weeks for you

Congrats buddy, they sound amazing for a V6 I bet you can't wait. I think opting for the S version was a no brainier too

Friend had the F type S and I was utterly bowled over. It's a big car, but my god I loved it.

Cracking choice.
