What should I be servicing now?

Hi all,

My 2003 Z4 has now done 144k miles and treated me very well. Her last garage service was at 111k when she had an Oil, Inspection 2 and air filter service (or so my service book tells me). Since then I've been doing the servicing myself; oil changes, discs and pads, spark plugs, new starter motor and wishbone bushes. I'm afraid that's about it though I'm sure I should have been doing much more.

I'm be doing an oil service next week and I wondered what else I should be doing to keep her fit and healthy? I guess I should be checking and changing fluids and things but I'm not sure which. If there's a long list it would be good to know the high priorities, and hopefully all things I can do myself. Thanks for your help and yes, I AM feeling pretty guilty for treating her so bad!

Cheers,
David

Brake fluid.
Check disa for loose flap pin and refresh gasket.
Clean icv
Clean throttlebody
Refresh gearbox oil
Replace coolant
Check camcover gasket for leaks
Check battery condition

Thanks for the feedback Chris_D.
Looks like a good list but could you clarify what the disa stands for? And also the icv? I'm afraid I'm still a bit of an amateur at this.
Also, can you recommend an on-line service manual so I can get details of how to do these jobs?
Thanks again,
David

Ditch the springs and dampers for new- i'd be on at least my second set by that mileage!

My Coupes suspension was very tired at 60,000 ( when I got it and didn't have fast drivers before) replaced with Suplex springs all round and Bilstein B4 dampers, new droplinks, polybush the anti-roll bars , and a proper alignment- transformed.
