What shocks and springs for an M-Suspension 3.0i?

Afternoon all

I think my 2003 3.0i (80k on the clock) is still on the original shocks and springs on the back and at some stage has had Bilstein (not sure which ones) fitted on the front. As she has now turned 20, I think the time is coming to replace them all - especially as I have noticed that one of the rear springs is corroded.

Does anyone have any good suggestions for shocks and springs please? It has the M-Suspension and I'm after something to try to make her a touch more comfortable. I don't do track days and am currently using her as my daily driver (mixture of motorway, A roads and B roads).

I've got Bili B4's that were new when I got the car. It's very comfortable. Slightly underdamped, but that makes it comfortable. It still handles great.
Also on a 3.0i with sport suspension.

I've got a set of Sach shocks that I purchased to move my coupe. They have cover no more than 10 miles. I purchased them back at the beginning of February. My coupe has now been upgraded to BC coilovers. Make me a sensible offer and I'm sure we can come to a deal
