What is this squeeling when it's parked up

Ive noticed when I get home and park the car and lock it that there is a weird squeeling noise roughly every minute or so from under the bonnet.
I thought was the alternator but now I'm not sure.

It lasts about 1 second. Been doing it for half an hour now. Almost like a little electrical buzz.

I've noticed it because I'm working in my garage next to it.
Any thoughts?

The water pump makes a buzzing noise and does run after the car is turned off if its very hot
