What is this piece called!?

As you can see there is a fairly substantial split in the pipe that is causing a big air leak and I suspect that is why the EML has just come on.

Any ideas what this piece is called and how difficult it is to replace please!?

It looks pretty straight forward but I'm not 100% on what needs to be removed!

Mines the same. I'm going to be doing mine myself. Looks fairly simple apart from some awkward facing jubilees.
