Done as a one year investment, so assuming that it will be worth $165k after the year, thing is would you trust an investment of $49k with three complete strangers .
 
You're better of with one of the exotic car clubs. My boss had 2 F360s and when I thought about getting one strongly advised the club route. His spent more time off the road than on it

The maintenance and insurance numbers sound a bit low, and are they also insuring a resale value of $165k? I'd expect the F430 involved in this deal to have significantly more miles on it than the average F430...
 
Similar to part owning a light aircraft. Not too sure on their numbers. I think that's man Maths right there!
