What is this dashboard light?

Hi Guys, i have a light on my dashboard, ive topped up the radiator, it didnt take hardly any, but its still on:

Could it be a faulty sensor somewhere telling the car it has low level?

Hi Terry, i can see its a common problem, but no real solutions other than finding hairline cracks. Ill look further into where the sensor is located, thank anyway, admin delete this if you like.
