What is this air intake part?

Hi,

Whilst inspecting the DISA valve, I noticed that a flexible rubber part on the last section of intake hose is split (see image below). Don't know if this is particularly detrimental, but I don't really want unfiltered air making its way into the intake.

With the intention to replace, I checked part diagrams on realOEM.com; I can't find a reference to the part! The only time it appears is in this diagram for vacuum control:

Does anyone know what this part is? I'll keep looking through part diagrams..

It's your air intake boot.
They all split there eventually.
Good idea to replace.
Easy DIY.

Common problem, mines split too... I’ve got tape on it at moment.....

I shall replace this at the same time as sorting the DISA valve (checked it today). Going for the rebuild with aluminium flap.= from X8R.
