What is the strangest thing you've found in your Z4?

I recently purchased my E85 3.0si and over the past couple of weeks have been finding 'extras', thankfully nothing untoward but it got me thinking what others may have found when purchasing a used car.

So far I have found a spare wind deflector in the boot (hidden by an extra piece of carpet) and a spare cup holder behind the steering column cover.

Over to you.......

A viagra prescription under the seat.
I sh!t you not.
Previous owner must have gone mad looking for it.
Unless he managed to get a replacement prescription ofc.

I wonder if it was stashed there in a hurry while he was looking at it when he quickly realised his bird was walking back to the car or something and then subsequently forgotten about, rendering him useless in giving said bird an ‘entertaining evening’.
We’ll never know. hahahaaaa

Can't remember getting anything weird with my Z4, but I discovered a dessert spoon, lipstick, and a pen in the MX-5 when I cleaned around and under the seats properly.

Spare BMW fob & key.

Thought it was a spare I'd lost for mine, but it didn't work and keyway was slightly different, so don't know if it was left in there from one of it's many BMW services/inspections.

I've also found screwdriver bits left in the ashtray or under the bonnet after these visits too :|

I recall a chap on here showing pics of a connector he found loose behind his dash. It was from a PlayStation controller!

I've found a little pen flashlight in my ecu box 10 years ago when I was installing my LSD; probably left by some german mechanic:

or that he was hiding from the Mrs for the extra curricular at activities he was having.

When I looked under the passenger seat of my 1st one I found the work ID for the previous owner's OH - photo was nice.

Yep, that was probably me, I had no idea what it was, too old for games consoles (and I get motion sickness if I try using them)
Posted a picture on here and some yoofs identified it :D

I found a socket wrench in the engine bay, several months after an ad AD service.

Pffft. A spritely young thing!

In my case, in the “flip out” compartment of the drivers door I found several (more than several!) chewing gums stuck to the inside that must have been deposited there years ago as they were petrified - took me a while to remove completely but I managed to. Who does that??

In my old e85 about an ounce of rolling tabacco flakes in that little gap where the m sport seat leg extension moves out, obviously a rollie smoker but was odd because there wasn't a sniff of cigarette smoke in the car, seemed like he must have rolled them up in there then got out to smoke them.. also who sells a car that dirty  I knocked an extra fifty off my offer for the price of a full valet :D
