I have band teeshirts and teeshirts from music festivals that are the same age as Nikosilx, but I suspect I change my socks rather more often than you !

I think I’m 21 going on 25 …then I look in the mirror…

Just can’t understand it..I feel like a teenager…

Well until I start heavy jobs then I have to stop and have a cappuccino / beer / gin n tonic / glass of wine /whisky …

I feel the same -- except like I'm still in my mid thirties. I still spar 2-3 times a week to keep up fitness.

But I start feeling my 54 when a twenty-something takes off my head with a jump spin kick.

I am legally 60 (but became one of Zet drivers 13yrs ago), but due the cancer and consequent succesfull aggresive chemotherapy I underwent back in 2016-17 my biological age has recently been proven (ref telomeres lenght) at 75+.
