Almost identical to mine, guess around £10-11k for a quick sale, maybe a bit more after the winter assuming full MOT/Tax good tyres etc.
 
11 to 12.5. Depending on quickness of sale and buyer. So take a mid point and go with say 11.750. Thats what i would pay anyway.
 
Do you have the equivalent of the US Edmunds.com? If so, plug in the stats and it will tell you.
