What is best BMW model for drifting.

E 21 , 323i , you have no choice but to learn to drift in one :driving:
Seriously though , cheapest most powerful bmw you can find , strip the weight out and weld the diff solid , not just by welding the gears together , , cut a plate and weld it to all 4 cogs .
Or an mx5 1.8 with a LSD already factory fitted .

Friend of mine has a '98 BMW 323i. Cost £900, goes sideways far easier than my Z4 & at that price could care less what you hit!

On the 'Ring, the 3-series seems to be the car of choice for drifting.. :driving:

try an E30 fitted with Saab b204 engine, large injectors, TDo4 turbo and a remap to 400 BHP coupled to a Vauxhall Omega manual gearbox :) cheap lunacy

However, if you want to do competitive, Euro tour drifting, then you may be looking at £100k per year to run a small team.

I think that if I will have som traction then some sponsors will came up and running small team would be possible.

If you have traction you wont be drifting....

I'll get my coat....
