Heard this 11 years ago, first time ever was at a BMW dealer service desk waiting for my car to be returned.....covered in greasy hand prints.

"John can you take caller on line 3"........"Hello can i help?"

Caller "Yes, i have broken down on the ring road"
"Well sir call BMW assist"..................................."What, we only serviced your car yesterday.............."
