Still can't get it on the BMW CCA KC Chapter HPDE track with it. I'll do the Road Warrior driving at Heartland Park for $60 for an afternoon...no classroom, no instructors etc. On the other hand I can track it with the Porsche Club. I'm totally dissatisfied with the politics of the BMW DEC (Bill Wade in particular). In the meantime, I'll enjoy the torque on the streets.

There are plenty of mods that can be used as well. When I installed the angel eyes I was amazed to find that the clear lense is not permanently glued onto the housing. In fact, that afternoon I ordered new lenses. I also ordered Xpel clear film (like clear bra material only much thicker) and installed before I put them on the car....clear and like clear can be.

I will be doing a project involving carbon leather soon that may be of interest to some of you. Stay tuned.
